The long-awaited opening of the first Nike store in Berkarar Trade Center has taken place in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. The milestone marks a significant event for the local retail market and demonstrates the growing interest in international brands in the region.

Lease agreement: Collaboration between Azat Hajyyev and Yulia Ryabchenko

This project was made possible through close cooperation between Turkmen entrepreneur Azat Hajyyev, the owner of the retail space in Berkarar, and Yuliya Ryabchenko, Representative and Owner of Nike in Turkmenistan. The lease agreement was signed in March 2015, marking a crucial step in preparing for the store's opening.

Azat Hajyyev emphasized that collaborating with an international brand like Nike not only enhances the prestige of the Berkarar Trade Center but also opens up new opportunities for local businesses. Meanwhile, Yuliya Ryabchenko stated that Nike's presence in Ashgabat would help meet the growing demand for hihg-quality sports products and promote a healthy lifestyle among Turkmen customers.
